The closing ceremony, held in Lepoglava, completed so far the best organized, and the number of participants, the largest ever world championship in paragliding accuracy. That is really for the best organized championships, with the championship participants, 86 from 17 countries, confirmed by the representatives of the FAI. In one week, how many championships lasted, time did not go to competitors on hand so that the first three days he flew. It is now used for tours and exploring the region in which the championship is held.
Competitors from Delta Club Zlatko Spirkoski, Kristijan Temelkoski and Kiro Ginoski participated in Macedonian national team who finished on 9 th place on team ranking list.

Event classification: Paragliding accuracy open
Place: Vlora (Albania)
Date: 07 May to 09 May 2009.
Albania Open 2009 was organized in Vlora, at Shashica mountain, the beautiful city of Albania welcomed 111 pilots of different countries. It was wonderful to see hundred wings in the sky. The organisation was perfect. In all the nights of the competition, after the flights, the staff organised big parties.
Competitors from Delta Club Kristijan Temelkoski, Aleksandar Rizovski, Vladimir Jovevski, Ilo Andonovski, Adam Spirkoski, Dragi Mitreski, Pece Apostoloski and Oliver Cvetkovski participated in Macedonian national team who finished on 4 th place on team ranking list.
